DELIVERY
All Jewellery is handmade to order and will be dispatched within 24hours from date of purchase. Please take in to account if you order at the weekend your order will be posted on a Monday unless it is a bank holiday then it would be a Tuesday.
If you are placing an order for bridal jewellery, tiaras or bridal accessories please note that purchases will be dispatched within 2 weeks as each piece is made to order however if your order is urgent please contact us to discuss further.
All items purchased are posted 1st Class Recorded Delivery costing £2 or you can opt for Special Next Day Delivery costing £5.50 and will require someone to be home to sign for it. If you would prefer an alternative postal method please call me on 0784 681 7684.
RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your Sparklyn purchase then please contact us by telephone or email within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will give you details of where to return the product to and arrange a refund upon receipt of the goods.
Only items that have not been worn or used can be returned. Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
